The only unsweetened, unsalted and whole-grain Spelt Flakes on the market. With ours, one grain of natural spelt = one simply steamed, rolled and lightly toasted flake. Thanks to an intolerance of fertilisers, spelt still can’t be farmed intensively like common wheat.
